Beautiful muzeum, polite personnel, many musical instruments, huge rooftop terrace with a top notch view, and even one small room where you can try ply playing the instruments on your own. We had a very lovely visit to the Museum of music, tucked away inside the souks, this small but perfectly formed space will delight you with instruments and information about the history of music and instruments from the region. There are wonderful sights as you walk through each beautiful arched doorway surrounded by lush plants and the melodic sounds of birds creating their own musical score in the air. The architecture, the artwork, the array of percussion, and stringed instruments are definitely worth seeing when visiting Marrakesh. We stopped to see the views and enjoy an orange juice on the roof terrace, which was a lovely relaxing end to the visit. Would highly recommend a visit, and the ticket price includes entry to the photography museum, which we unfortunately didn't get a chance to see, but we will when we return. Very interesting information and a place to relax in peace and quiet. Damien Pillot06/03/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very pretty little museum away from the crowds of the souk. Very quiet, with a perfect welcome. What's more, a visit to this museum entitles you to admission to the photography museum. Both museums are well worth a visit. Lulu05/03/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Interesting little museum (ticket includes admission to the House of Photography). Here you can try out traditional instruments. There's also a café on the roof where parties are organized. The usher at reception was very nice! O K03/03/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
